Safer Opioid Supply (SOS) Program

Street Health’s SOS program provides those who rely on street drugs with access to legal, regulated alternatives. This federally funded initiative aims to reduce the number of overdoses and deaths stemming from an increasingly dangerous street supply by offering people a safer and more predictable alternative.

Opioid Safer Supply in Toronto

Street Health’s SOS team includes a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Community Health Worker. Individuals are currently being referred to the program through partnerships in the community.

Street Health’s SOS program is in collaboration with Regent Park Community Health Centre and South Riverdale Community Health Centre.
