Service Partnerships

To prevent the duplication of services, Street Health welcomes the opportunity to work in partnership with other service providers. We are happy to bring a harm reduction focus and our staff expertise to services being delivered by other community groups. Current Service Partnerships include harm reduction outreach workers at the COVID Hotels and respites and client support workers with St. Clare’s Housing.

COVID Hotels

In partnership with the Shelter-Hotel Harm Reduction Project, Street Health Harm Reduction Crisis Intervention Workers engage clients who:

  •  are staying in shelter locations (including hotels, respites, physical distancing sites and drop-ins)
  • use substances and experience mental health challenges.

This service offers short-term case management, overdose prevention education, harm reduction supplies and education and referrals.

St. Clare’s

St. Clare’s builds and manages affordable, independent housing. As a partner organization, Street Health supports clients who are housed in St Clare’s buildings. Clients referred to this service are individuals who are working with Street Health’s Mental Health Case Management, OPS and Safer Opioid Supply.
